When I was up in Chico 4 years ago for my nieces wedding, my alternator went out and I was towed to Auto Metrics, where they did the repair, and on the receipt it was written that there was a “lifetime guarantee on the part only”.

Just a month ago, I was down in S.F. when the alternator went out and was replaced by a shop down there. When I arrived home I called Jeff at Auto Metrics and he made all of the arrangements with the manufacturer to honor the warranty. I received a check for the full purchase price that I had paid for the alternator 4 years ago.
